How We Would Get Our Film Distributed

 

As our film is not a mainstream blockbuster film it would be unrealistic to say or film could be distributed by some of the more mainstream film distributors such as Universal, 20th Century Fox and Paramount Pictures. It would be more likely to get our film distributed by a less recognized company, if we were to promote our film in some of the UK film festivals such as The BFI London Film Festival or The Raindance Film Festival. If all were to go to plan than we could hopefully have companies like Big Talk Productions, DNA FILMS and Warp Films. Big Talk Productions is one of the UKs most highly regarded production outfits and has gained success through films and TV comedies. Big Talk has produced films such as Scott Pilgrim Vs The World, Kick-Ass, Attack The Block and Shaun of the Dead. Getting distribured by Big talk would be great as one of the films they produced helped inspire the story of our film.
